First, if you have a need to consider a refund or return, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a happy Rootless Outdoors customer, so we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are a few things we want you to know:

90-Day Return Policy

Product in new and unused condition (in original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 90 days following the original purchase date and will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Exchanges/Replacement Parts

Your Rootless Outdoors product is covered by a 12-month warranty. If there is an issue with your Fire Pit or Slingbag email us! Please include your order number, information on issue and shipping address. We will arrange an exchange or replacement for you.

How to Return

If your order qualifies for a return, please email with the reason for return and your requested course of action in order in order to process the return and receive a shipping label.


Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. In the event of an exchange, a $5.95 S&H fee will be added to the new order. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
